RDIs
fee-for-service practice focuses on the
legal, policy, institutional, and educational issues of rural land
reform, land tenure security, land market development, land administration,
and farm reorganization.
RDI lawyers are experienced in helping to craft, assess, and implement land
policies, legislation, and regulations; land-related institutional reforms;
educational and training programs; and associated measures and projects in
transitional and developing economies.
During recent years, this practice has grown to become a substantial and
integral part of our work on rural land issues. RDI has carried out assignments
around
the world on behalf of clients such as USAID; the World Bank; Booz-Allen & Hamilton;
Chemonics International; Development Alternatives, Inc.; Associates in Rural
Development; and Checchi Consulting.
